The payment is held in an account until the gown is received and accepted by the buyer. When the buyer receives the gown, there is a 24 hour period to make a choice. The buyer needs to notify us of rejection and return-ship the item within that 24 hours, or it is considered accepted and the sale is final. If we are notified within that period, and the gown is shipped back within that 24 hours, an internet store credit towards the purchase of any other item on the site will be issued minus the shipping cost and the return/restocking fee of $30.00.  You may not exchange this gown for another size, as we expect you to MEASURE YOURSELF with a tape measure before you order. Based upon those measurements, you must select a size that you will be comfortable with, knowing that most formal items will require some alterations for a perfect fit. Please do not just order the size dress or bra size that you wear. ALWAYS MEASURE WITH A TAPE MEASURE. If your measurements fall between two sizes, it would be better to order the larger size and take it in, then it would be to order the smaller size and let it out.  Manufacturers do not have inventory to replace sizes. Therefore we are unable to exchange sizes.
